  • Job Responsibilities:
    * Location: Orlando, FL * * Type: 12 Month Contract * * Job Description: Responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality, comprehensive web-enabled/interactive multimedia training products and services for GDC4s government and commercial customers and end users. o Proficient with techniques and procedures for multi-media hardware and software operation, supervise graphic/multi-media integration, & coordinate web-enabled/interactive multimedia training program production. o Responsibilities include conduct assisting the program manager in integrating storyboards/scripts into the applicable training media by using authoring efficient and logical software techniques and skills, creating simulated technical system input/output, develop efficient logical branching techniques, and integrate the training product into computer managed instruct and delivery software, perform CBT/ICW/WBT authoring and impart authoring methods, techniques, and procedures throughout development team, and perform efficient and logical branching techniques and program s/w drivers to simulate real-time technical systems o Responsible for reviewing storyboards/scripts for clarity and completeness in programming and production notes; and enter program storyboards/scripts into the authoring system, incl. programming instructions, if appropriate. o Additional responsibilities include supervising graphic/multi-media integration, and coordinate electronic multimedia training program production, assist in developing hardware and software configuration management procedures used in various training products/programs, assisting the program manager in animation development; instructional material design from a creative perspective, and other creative design items as required and performing research to evaluate hardware and software in respective expertise area as required. * Required Skills: o Experience with adult learning and an enthusiasm for instructional development are essential requirements for this position. Ability to work with supervision as part of an integrated and dispersed team, exercise verbal communication and presentation skills along with organizational skills effectively with multiple audiences and internal functional departments to include engineering, program management, contract management, modeling and simulation, and visual and audio multi-media. o Ability to establish and implement techniques and procedures for web-enabled, interactive multi-media hardware and software operation, assist in developing hardware and software configuration management procedures used in various training products. Ensure less experienced team members are mentored and effectively encourage trades across technical, contract and program domains of project. o Experience with DoD training programs such as Future Combat System's (FCS), Army Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Tactical Proficiency Trainer (IEWTPT), and/or Distributed Common Ground System - Army (DCGS-A) is strongly desired. o Robohelp and/or Flare experience desired o Self-directed/ self-starting ability o Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate experienced technical staff o Ability to bridge communication across a team o Ability to engage in continuous learning o Skilled at executing complex tasks o Effective communication with managers and teammates o Must be able to travel 20% of the time. o Secret level U.S. DoD security clearance is required. o Applicant must be able to pass an extended background investigation (EBI) for this position.
