Job Responsibilities:
* Location: Orlando, FL * * Type: 12 Month Contract * * Job Description: Subject Matter Expertise - Provide Human Intelligence subject matter expertise in support of new scenarios and features for the HUMINT Control Cell. Storyboard Scenarios - Script storyboards for HUMINT scenarios that meet customer specifications and training objectives Develop Scenarios - Develop the scenario storyboards into the question/answer format that the soldier goes through when questioning the computer avatar. Test Scenarios - Set up test parameters throughout scenario development to identify deficiencies and inaccuracies of the scenario/supporting documentation before the final delivery to the customer. Improve Scenario Development Efficiency - Identify and recommend enhancements to the current scenario development process that improves the efficiency and reliability of the final product. Technical Support - Support sites with technical assistance of scenario development through onsite, telephone and email support. * Required Skills: . Experience with the tasks, conditions, and standards of HUMINT training; as well as common situations HUMINT Collectors currently face in today's combat environment. 4 year bachelor's degree in writing, communciation, military operations, instructional design, education, or a related disipline. Knowledge of basic computer programming code Experience in design and development of instructional materials and courseware.
