- Job Responsibilities:
* Location: Orlando, FL *
* Type: 12 Month Contract *
* Job Description: Develop 2D/3D graphics products for training courseware o Develop and deliver high-quality, comprehensive web-enabled/interactive multimedia training products and services for government and commercial clients and end users. o Demonstrate proficiency with techniques and procedures for multi-media operation, support graphic/multi-media integration, and coordinate web-enabled/interactive multimedia training program production. o Conduct and implement techniques and procedures for web-enabled, interactive multi-media hardware and software operation. o Conductgraphic/multi-media integration and coordinate electronic multimedia training program production. o Assist in complex analysis required for designing, developing, and implementing web-enabled, interactive multi-media training products/programs. o Assist in animation development. o Create instructional material design from a creative perspective, and other creative design items as required. o Assist in performing research to evaluate hardware and software in respective expertise area as required. o Assist in audio development as required o Assist in technical writing and layout as required
* Required Skills: . Knowledge of computer graphic software (Desktop Publishing, Power Point, PhotoShop, Illustrator, etc.) o Experience with HTML courseware and/or web page development (Flash, Dreamweaver) o Possess a basic knowledge of photo processing and digital imaging o Possess a basic understanding of interactive design o Experience with adult learning and an enthusiasm for instructional development o Exercise strong verbal communication and presentation skills along with excellent organizational skills effectively with multiple audiences and internal functional departments to include engineering, program management, contract management, modeling and simulation, and visual and audio multi-media. o Ability to establish and implement techniques and procedures for web-enabled, interactive multi-media hardware and software operation, assist in developing hardware and software configuration management procedures used in various training products/programs. o Ensure less experienced team members are mentored and effectively encourage trades across technical, contract and program domains of project. o Proficiency with the Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process as it relates to training development. o Skilled at executing complex tasks o Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate experienced technical staff o Ability to bridge communication across a team o Able to communicate in a professional, positive, courteous manner at all times with all levels of customers, clients, vendors, visitors and employees. o Able to apply problem-solving techniques. o Able to work independently and/or cooperatively and effectively in a team environment. Ability to work with nominal supervision as part of an integrated and dispersed team, o Self-motivated with ability to establish priorities and effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes. o Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure. o Organized and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency. o Ability to engage in continuous learning o Able to sit and work on a computer almost all day o Must be able to travel 20% of the time. o Secret level U.S. DoD security clearance is required. o Applicant must be able to pass an extended background investigation (EBI) for this position. o Applicant must be capable of obtaining a US Security Clearance. o Applicant must be a US Citizen.
