* Location: Scottsdale, AZ * * Type: 12 Month Contract * * Job Description: This software development position is in a diverse and growing business area with opportunities to work on small teams doing embedded Advanced Infosec Machine (AIM) development in support of larger projects. This position offers career growth potential. We are seeking an experienced software engineer to significantly contribute to the development of the next generation of encryption and communication based security products for government customers. The candidate must have a good working knowledge of the software development process. Areas of concentration may include embedded programming, real-time environment, key management, encryption, secure software methodology, COMPUSEC, and configuration management. Multiple opportunities exist and are dependent on background and skill set. Secret DoD security clearance and US citizenship are required. * * Required Skills: The applicant is required to have a BS degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering plus 10 years experience to participate in the SW development of a Public Key Infrastructure product. The position requires a self-motivated individual possessing technical and teamwork skills, and a desire to work in an embedded application development and integration environment. The ability to analyze requirements, plan and perform detailed software design, coding, creating test plans, and software test activities is required. Experience in the following areas is highly desirable: embedded development, C, Key Management, knowledge of Clearcase, script programming, software development, integration and test. Excellent communication skill with ability to effectively communicate in written and oral forms, and good interpersonal skills is essential. The engineer must have the ability to work independently and as a team player. Secret level U.S. DoD security clearance and US citizenship are required. *
