Mechanical Design Engineer
- Job Responsibilities:
1) Candidate must be a U. S. Citizen and hold a DoD secret clearance or the ability to get one quickly.
2) 5-10 years of mechanical engineering experience
3) Mechanical design of structures and electronics packaging for a high-g applications.
4) Capable and proficient knowledge of Pro engineer to create models and assemblies.
5) Proficiency with MS Office tools.
6) Contribute to product team efforts to resolve schedule and/or performance problems.
7) Apply engineering technical principles, theories and concepts to design and develop product components.
8) Work with subcontractors/supplier to develop and maintain and control manufacturing processes to deliver quality hardware.
9) Analyze process and product data to define process improvement and variability reduction opportunities.
10) Plan and coordinate prototype hardware fabrication and test activities.
