About
Professional staffing services for candidates and clients across a range of key sectors
More and more businesses must rely on technical innovations to stay competitive, no matter what industry. Whether that innovation is in product development or through agile IT capabilities, or both, companies need access to technical professionals with the right skills and expertise to support their growth.
Sysdyne Corporation has been matching professional technical contractors with progressive companies in Minnesota and across the USA since 1985. As well as being technical recruitment specialists, the four engineers who own Sysdyne are contractors too.
At Sysdyne, we focus on developing an in-depth understanding of our clients’ business and staffing needs, as well as the qualities they look for in candidates. This approach has enabled Sysdyne, for over 25 years, to provide highly qualified engineers, IT professionals and other technical experts to clients in a wide range of industry sectors including IT and engineering, medical, aerospace, defense and manufacturing.
Our clients are many and diverse, and some of them have been with us since the company started. A sample listing of our customers includes Lockheed Martin, Boston Scientific, GAMBRO, Calabrio, General Dynamics, Rivertek, American TeleCare and many more.
Success through Technical Right-Sourcing
Through Technical Right-Sourcing, Sysdyne saves clients time and money. We also minimize the legal and financial risks associated with the typical recruitment process.
So what exactly is Technical Right-Sourcing? It’s a proven solution that delivers high quality candidates, minimizes risk and optimizes the relationship between Sysdyne, our candidates and our clients.
Technical Right-Sourcing is about more than finding a candidate for a specific job. We cut out the time and cost of administration – because Sysdyne candidates are our employees too.
All our candidates are pre-assessed to give you an immediate short-list (which means you don’t need to go through hundreds of resumes). We also handle all HR administration and provide up-to-date analyses of current market compensation rates.
By pre-screening candidates, we minimize the risk of hiring the wrong person and many of the costs that go with it. We even provide a 30, 60 or 90-day Review Period to help clients manage the new hire and ensure a good fit.
